All program attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.
Sleeping rooms are available at the Hilton Columbus, located on-site at Easton Town Center.
A discounted room rate of $179 (exclusive of tax) is available at the Hilton until August 11. When making reservations, please mention that you are with the “Partial Knee Arthroplasty” meeting.

Transportation for program attendees will be arranged from the Hilton to the Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital . Both the Residence Inn and the Courtyard by Marriott are within walking distance to the Hilton.
Getting There
All program attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements; including to/from the Port Columbus International Airport and your hotel. We recommend making your travel arrangements after your registration and payment has been confirmed by one of our staff members.
We welcome you to take advantage of discounted airline rates by booking your flights through our corporate travel group, www.rollingstonetravel.org.
Airport transportation is available from 6am-11pm, 7-days a week and is complimentary to our hotel guests. The courtesy phone in the baggage claim area dials directly to the hotel operator and they will dispatch the shuttle. Guests are then picked up curbside outside of the baggage claim area.
